At Estella Bartlett, we want you to love your jewelry and accessories; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unworn, and include all tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred return method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided pre-paid shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage. Once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
